Molly oversees the operations of Cohen Capital, working closely with Ben Cohen on the priorities, people and infrastructure that keep the firm running at its best, including helping guide the operational side of our transition to independence. Her work touches nearly every part of the business, from the technology and workflows our team relies on day to day, to the vendor and custodial relationships that support our clients behind the scenes, to being a steady resource the team and our clients can turn to when something needs extra attention.
Molly has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry and joined our team in 2020.
Prior to Cohen Capital, Molly worked at Cohen Financial Management of Raymond James. Earlier she was a senior client service associate at J.P. Morgan Private Bank, where she handled training coordination, procedures implementation and new technology rollouts.

Molly is originally from a suburb of Cleveland, Ohio, called Chagrin Falls; lived in Chicago, Illinois, for more than 13 years; and lives in the Lakeview community with her husband, Chris, and sons, Nolan and Oliver.
In her free time, she loves spending time with her family and exploring the city’s parks, neighborhood coffee shops, restaurants and live music. She and her family also enjoy traveling together whenever they can.
